1. Area of agreement

The following terms and conditions are exclusive obtaining for the relationship between Pink (UK) and the purchaser, in their, at this point in time, of the order, in their current version.

Deviating conditions/agreements of the purchaser are not repudiate/disallow by Pink (UK), expects/besides Pink (UK) has confirmed the validity particularly in written form.

2. Conclusion of a contract

Your purchase order represents for us an offer to conclude a purchase contract. If you send an purchase order to Pink (UK), we send you an Email, which contents the order confirmation. The order confirmation contents your order and the details.

This order confirmation does not represent an acceptance of your offer, but rather information for you that your order is received from Pink (UK). The purchase contract is achieved if we send you the ordered goods.

Pink (UK) does not offer products which can be bought from children under age. Even our products for children can only be bought by an adult.

Please consider that the complete range of our goods will be sold in common household quantities.

3. Delivery

If not otherwise agreed, the consignment is “ex warehouse” of Pink (UK) to the stated, by the purchaser, address.

In case of that Pink (UK) without actual fault is incapable to deliver the ordered goods, due to the supplier who is failure to meet the contractual commitments. Pink (UK) is authorized to resign the order in front of the purchaser. In this case Pink (UK) informs the purchaser that the ordered product is out of stock.

So far as a delivery to the purchaser is not possible because of the goods can not be delivered through the entrance door, front door or stairway. Or the purchaser was not meet at the agreed delivery address, even if the date, which was agreed for delivery, is announced to the purchaser in a reasonable time. In this case the purchaser pays the costs for the unsuccessful delivery.

4. Time of payment and Payment Methods

The purchaser can pay the purchasing price via bank transfer or PayPal / Credit cards. If chose bank transfer we will deliver the goods when the full amount is received on our bank account. If chose PayPal or pay via Credit card this will be displayed in your order confirmation but it is shown up on your invoice as well.

5. Title retention

The supplied goods are property of Pink (UK) till the complete payment for the goods are recived.

6. Cancellation And Returns

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller emailing [email protected] within 7 working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Where if a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller. The Buyer has to pay for return postage. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (Not including delivery costs) if the goods are defected or damaged.

7. Changes To "TERMS AND CONDITIONS"

The Seller shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.
